WebNope, the only "Control" skill Monk has is Imprisoned Fist, and that skill doesn't proc this gem. The only skills I could find for Monk to proc this gem are those that apply a hard stun. Amazing in endless mode (if you haven’t run one with fear wraith yet, do it). ... I think it has its spot in place of blessing for PvP only. Not so great in PvE. Bugged and can freeze party members or some shit. Seeping Bile; if it proc off summons, would be higher in my list
