WebCrysis 3 low gpu and cpu usage I recently downloaded Crysis 3. I immediatly noticed that the framerate was low. I also noticed that my GPU fan wasn't spinning. So I pulled up MSI Afterburner and saw that the game was using only 30/25% of the gpu.
