WebJun 9, 2016 · The remedy: purchased some beefier billet front and rear end sway bar links from Speedlogix and bolted them on, and Voila...no more clunk thus far (after driving over 100 miles this weekend). A visual inspection of the bolts on the Speedlogix end links are much larger diameter than the stock ones. WebJul 18, 2024 · My 2024 charger is making a noise in the rear end when I put it in to drive or reverse and also when first accelerating after the change. Link below. Also feels like the rear end has to catch up on highway driving but not constant.

The rear end makes a loud "clunk" sound almost as if the shock is bottoming out. Try experimenting to see if there’s any brake involvement maybe. Drive it at a steady speed for example, then let off the gas and take note of the noise. We have seen dozens of LX's with rear mount noise in our shop but we can almost always been successful by just using that one little washer. Too many to list here!!!
