WebEA app is terrible when it comes to the Sims 3. Ever since I switched over to it I haven't been able to keep my store content in the game. It keeps vanishing from my game and then showing as boxes in the launcher. I have tried everything I can think of, including a full re-install of the game, and nothing has fixed this issue for me.
