WebDec 12, 2024 · It appears this has been an issue for a while, only showing those flagged email currently in the inbox. See this thread: Flagged emails in subfolders do not appear in the flagged folder. As a workaround open your mail app, type 'flagged' in the search box and select 'all mailboxes'.
