WebAug 20, 2012 · The Hi Po exhaust manifolds came with a set of 16 bolts: 7 long, 1 slightly shorter and 8 much shorter bolts. Is there something magic about which bolts go where ? There are 2 per tube so the longer one goes in either the front or rear mount. Anybody know which goes where ? WebJul 6, 2015 · Which manifolds are you referring to? The drivers side exhaust manifold is the most critical to port with a carbide burr, but the area you would be removing material from is just inside the entrance to the runners- the bolt bosses. The log of the manifold is plenty big. The passenger side manifold didnt really need much modification.
